Cancellation Policy

If you can't make it to your appointment, we can help.

As we are a busy practice, we often use cancelled appointments to see patients in urgent need of treatment. In addition there are a lot of patients waiting to get on our lists. We therefore operate a cancellation policy.

We automatically provide a text messaging service to remind patients of their appointments.

We ask for as much notice as possible for cancellations, at least 24 hours. This enables us to treat other patients in need.

Failed appointments may be charged for to cover the costs of running a surgery.

Frequent offenders will be asked to find another practice.
